U.S. Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger and other security officials testified before a House Appropriations subcommittee on Tuesday about the security changes made to U.S. Capitol since the January 6 attack. Manger told a Senate committee on Wednesday the Capitol police “has implemented or is in the process of implementing” security improvements in the year since the attack.
