Start by installing and activating the Post PDF Export plugin.
This will add a Post PDF Export menu area
Go to the options and enable single post download
Save changes and you can go to a post to see the pdf button at the bottom.
This will save the post as a PDF on your computer.
In Download PDF you can choose to download all your posts or pages
You can even create your own template for your pdf
