Start by installing and activating the Remote Media Libraries plugin.

Go to Media, Remote Libraries and click add new to add the remote library using the user id or channel and click publish to activate the service.

When you go to a new post you can click add media, choose the media name and see all the available media items to add from here.

You can choose the one you want to add and it will bring the title and description over and you can click publish.
