The first method would be to use the YouTube subscribe button page on the Google Developer site.
You can enter your channel’s name, choose the layout, theme and subscriber count option.
Next you can live preview and make sure it looks how you like.
Now you can copy the code and add it to a text widget on your site and save it.
A second method is you can install and activate the YouTube subscribe button plugin.
Go to Appearance, Widgets and drag the YouTube subscribe button widget to the sidebar.

Exactly what I was looking for
It is not working in Mobile and AMP pages. When click the Subscribe button, it is Opening the YouTube channel Page, Instead of adding the user to the Subscribers list.
