Summary of this Tutorial:

Start by installing and activating the Account Locker Lite plugin.

Once activated go to a user you want to block’s profile and there will see a new area where you can set it to locked.

Now when they try to log in they will see an error message.

If you disable the plugin they will be able to log back into your site.
