1. Season with salt and pepper
2. Add oil to pan and heat over medium-high
3. Add garlic and herbs of your choice
4. Sear about 2-3 minutes per side
5. Baste with juices
6. Sear edges until nicely browned
7. Continue flipping until internal temp reaches 135°F
8. Remove from pan and let rest for 10 minutes.
9. Slice, serve and enjoy!

How do you get your skillet hot enough if you do not have a gas range? I have an electric stove but just bought an induction cook top that I haven't tried yet.
I hate these recipe's where you have to read the comments and watch the video at the same time.
And they offen speed it up for some reason😲
If the meat is still sticking, it's not browned enough. Or your temp wasn't high enough.
