    you over cooked my scallops –they are better fresh and soft….how many times have we been over this? you need to go scuba diving for albacore -and scallops and seafood….they are better very soft and tender and its quiet a trick to….just braised ever so slightly…ok….love ya shy…hahah

    All great, i just didn't like the taste and the aroma of the lemon when i added it too the pan while the scallops were in. :/ i found it better to add it after they come out of the pan. Idk maybe it's just me

    Finally, I think i found the perfect dish to prepare for my father for Christmas dinner. It's hasn't been easy because he's a vegetarian and doesn't eat meat besides fish and eggs. And if he's not interested in the dish, he doesn't eat it. Plus a lot of the other recipes I've looked at so far, I'm unable to get the ingredients needed in my area.
