Start by installing and activating the DX Unanswered Comments plugin.
Go to comments to see two new organization options, non-replied and non-replied top level.
The non replied will be all unanswered comments and non replied top level will only be top level(by admin) unanswered comments.

There is only Pending Approved, Spam and Trash. I do not have Replied and Non Replied. What version are you working with. Mine is up to date
