Addin the celery to your "middle eastern" salad is a great idea, That makes your salad truly middle eastern. But you are missing one note! You should have added some nori sheets and avocado in the salad to capture the true essence of the middle eastern cuisine

Ironic, my parents always went against my wish to become a cook….. a chef is the top, I was happy to start from the bottom but they always told that cooking for a living was stressful, badly paid and hard work….. nowadays, I work as an engineer and guess what, my job is stressful, badly paid (at least were I live) and hard work and in a sense incredibly boring. Sorry mom and dad but you gave the wrong bloody advice.
