The most amazing thing is how Ramsay has this smug attitude all the time, acting like he's some sort of demigod of the kitchen ready to show that British lady how a michelin star dish is made. And then he totally butchers the dish in the most eggregious ways like he was a college student during a hangover. "It's like a risotto rice" Except that paella is (normally) dry rice, risotto is creamy rice, and what you made is soup rice LMFAO

I'm gonna cook a tuna fillet in a microwave oven, put some fries, add marmite, pineapple chunks, pour a pint of ale, sprinkle some tea leaves and call it a classic English fish and chips.
As a Valencian and after having eaten and cooked hundreds of paellas, I tell you that you will NEVER see an original paella that mixes seafood with meat products.
PD: And you will never see a Spaniard put chorizo in a paella. This is a crime.

Puede que este buenísimo, puede que sea el mejor arroz que pondría probar en mi vida, pero dios, eso NO ES PAELLA, solo te hace falta: Arroz, sal, azafrán, aceite, medio pollo i medio conejo, unas pelotitas de carne sofritas, un pimientito rojo, unas verduritas de paella, tomate i a funcionar!!
