Start by installing and activating the Simple History plugin.
Then go to Settings, Simple History to start configuring the plugin.
You can choose where you want the history to appear, the number of items to show, or use a secret RSS feed.
The plugin will clear any history older than 60 days but you can delete it sooner by clicking “Clear it now”
It shows a list of predefined actions such as logins, incorrect passwords, and changes to plugins, widgets, or users.
If you have development experience you can even create your own events.
