Summary of this tutorial:
Start by installing and activating the Revisionize plugin.
Once activated you need to visit Posts, All Posts and there will be a new edit option called Revisionize when hovering over a post.
When you select Revisionize it will clone the post and allow you to edit it like any other draft, you can save the changes and as long as you do not publish you can take as much time as you like to edit it as long as you do not publish the post.
Once you click the publish button the plugin will then replace your live post with the new version.
The draft will be stored as a revision draft allowing you to reuse it again to edit the same post should you like to edit the post again.
