To easily get rid of the spam go to Settings, Discussion from your admin area and uncheck “allow link notifications from other blogs”.
If you want to keep trackbacks on, add Akismet to protect your site.

Or just Hide Trackbacks plugin which hides your trackbacks from the comments area.
