Start by installing and activating the YouTube Upload Widget plugin.
There are no setting that need to be configured.
Simply create a new post and there will be a new YouTube button next to the media uploader button.
Once you click the button you will be able to provide a video title, description and add keywords.
To record your video you will be asked to sign into your YouTube account and choose which channel to post the video on and allow the page to use your webcam and audio recording devices.
With that information set up you can record your video directly from WordPress.
When you finish recording, it will be uploaded to YouTube and you will be provided a URL to insert into your post.
Should you need to edit your video you will need to log in to your YouTube account.
