I Make the Ultimate Pork Sandwich in Portugal | Gordon Ramsay ctm magazine

Gordon is in Portugal this week and is cooking up something so good, even the local partiers can smell it from the sea! How to butcher a bifana in 9 minutes and 25 seconds.

  • Diogo Silva on October 25, 2021

This is not a Portuguese Bifana. This variation doesn't make any sense. It's adulterating traditional Portuguese food, it's fake. I'm disappointed

  • André Pinheiro Alves on October 26, 2021

Mighty looking sandwich!!! Just not a Bifana! sorry Gordon.

  • Rui Fernandes on October 27, 2021

  • Fernando Machado on October 30, 2021

That is not a Bifana. I’m not mad that he cooked his own version, I am mad that he called it a “traditional bifana”
    Very disappointed GR

  • A G on October 31, 2021

Bifanas do not need to level up, they already have a high level. Dear cook, don't spoil the country's traditional food, stay there with your recipes and arrogance

  • Mike V on October 31, 2021

Rubish video. Not accurate at all.

  • Jorge Afonso on October 31, 2021

It seems better than our traditional bifana. Wow!

  • Miguel on October 31, 2021

in portugal bifanas doesn't look like that

  • Sally Palmer on November 7, 2021

For once he didn’t overcook the veg but the bread was black so it was burnt and the pork has charred grill marks on it too. If you use a barbecue the key is to not cook anything until the coals are no longer red hot otherwise you’ll get burnt food. Gordon calls burnt food charred or caramelised but it turns the food bitter and acrid. He’s stuck in the 1970’s food wise.

  • Mister Newman on December 10, 2021

Did he criticize burgers that weren't even this thick? lol

  • Mike M on December 11, 2021

  • J Tiberius on December 11, 2021
