    I would think that the towel on top would actually be bad. Any warm air is going to rise out the top, so by putting the towel on top you're trapping the warm air in with the ice cream.

    You didn't add vanilla, I am confused Tbh because you will be able to taste the egg yokes and I don't think that that's a pleasing experience but it looks perfect though

    When I went to Italy, I was told that the one flavor of gelato I must try was crema. So I gone some and my immediate reaction was "New York vanilla", which is one of my least favorite flavors.

    How is this Gelato rather than a regular ice cream? Because Gelato has less air incorporated into it, but wouldn't an electric ice cream maker incorporate the regular amount of air in it? Just wondering… still a great video 👍
