This is a tragic shooting. The kid shouldn't have run the cop shouldnt have even tried tasering.
Imagine if she wasn't carrying a taser would she have used the pistol. Probably yes so same result.
And that's because in America its shoot first ask questions later.
I think more train g is required in American police forces especially shooting. At least once every 6 months you must pass the toets test of whatever weapon you carry on your person.

This WAS criminal conduct! There are people sitting in jails for much less than what what Kim has done. Being convicted and setting an appropriate sentence (punishment) are 2 different things.

ABC is trying to convince us that because Kim is a cop and so she Mr. Wright doesn't deserve justice just like everyone else on in this country. How do you ABCucks

I think Justice is what most people in this Country feel is the Right thing to do. You have to satisfy The People. How many People will feel that What if the same thing that happen to Dante, happen to one of there Children or Loves? Would the Love One Family say" It was a Mistake, so I don't think she should go to Jail for that Mistake". Or Do you think most Families would Forgive It? I think most Famalies would want her to go to Jail for that Mistake? Although there are Famalies who would just Forgive the Mistake and say " No, she shouldn't be Jailed for that Mistake. That's how Justice should work. If the Family Forgives, then she shouldn't go to Jail, Even though most People think she should.

It seems that body cams and videos are almost everything so expect city governments and police departments to try to hide and/or destroy videos in the future.

I wonder how she got her job. Many police officers receive better pay, better benefits, have better job security, and have a better retirement plan … much more than they would have received in the "private sector."

Was she hired because of nepotism, favoritism, or cronyism? Was she politically or socially connected in the community? Was she protected? Was she a cop in name only and didn't really have to do serious police work in 26 years?

May your stay be the most traumatic and hauntingly experience you have ever encountered. From here to eternity and beyond ;; a double life sentence would be just a slap on the wrist ❤

I blame the police force. Anybody with a bird brain knows that Kimberly Potter was not a police officer. She was someone that was allow all the force because who she knew. That lady was not a training officer nor a police officer. Police reform!!!!

The woman was and is guilty , period. . . .

  • Jennifer Prince on December 23, 2021

When she read the verdict for manslaughter in the second degree, did she accidentally misspeak? She said 12/21/21 but paused slightly as she read it out loud. Maybe the form wasn't properly filled out. Not that it matters but I just found it odd.
*Side note, this judge has the most soothing voice in the world. She sounds so empathetic, like someone rubbing your back while they give you the worst news in the world.

Not surprised at all..As a sworn police officer, .Life and death is a split second decision..You always have to be 100 percent right..Or you will go to jail…She is overly distraught and Im sure this will haunt her for life. Im sure her intent was to tase him..She did everything correctly leading up to deploying the taser…I do feel for her…Things happen… thats for sure

Justice has been served to a person who is unworthy of wearing that badge that says to protect and to serve all citizens .she will get the punishment that she deserves for being a deplorable inhuman .

She's a prophetess she already confessed she's going to jail she already has an idea how long should we stay in her new resident the new family Goodnight John Boy

  • Roger Johnson on December 23, 2021

There should be no way for her to escape a conviction. The fatal shooting was seen by the whole world. She panicked and killed Wright. She should serve time. How can you mistake a taser for a gun?

  • Somewhere in the middle on December 23, 2021

    A martyr has been crowned

  • John Bloom on December 23, 2021

This is absolute BS. They only found her guilty to prevent rioting. This verdict is only splitting the nation even more.
