Lamb Scallopini with Pepper & Onion Agrodolce – Food Wishes ctm magazine



Don’t let the fancy sounding name fool you, this delicious lamb scallopini recipe is simple, fast, and very easy to make. Lamb is traditionally served on Easter, but with social distancing, this scaled-down approach may work better than something like a large roasted leg of lamb, which is more fitting for a big group. We’ll do one of those next year.

    I had to discard a fine collection of different pepper plants due to a spider mite assault. How they just got there, in my 2 storey high apartment baffled me. Nasty buggers.

    So I’m not the only one that lost a mint plant. Can’t keep those damn aphids or whatever off. I read that Marigold helps ward off Ants and their buddies Aphids.
    Funny enough mint wards off bees and wasps and some animals.
