Hi there, this is super simple gonna give it a go and try as wraps with onion seeds or maybe cilantro leaves :). Thx for sharing and looks delicious!

these are also very popular in china called "cong you bing" (onion oil bread for direct translation). very similar ingredients, but instead of leeks, you put in spring onions. you dont need any extra cheese or zest or anything.

I don't like how far the camera is from the food, I want to see the food at a microscopic level.

  • Elazul2k on February 20, 2015

Wait how do you fry something in a dry pan? Isn't the definition of frying include some form of fat to fry it in?

  • bodhisattva99 on February 22, 2015

simple… lemon zest (zester), and thyme (which EVERYbody has on hand fresh)… simple

Whats with the camera angle, focus, and zoom? You cant even see whats going on!

  • Rhoombrp on March 11, 2015

Leeks are a bit bland imo. Surely caramelized onions would be better for this.

  • Saad Khan on July 21, 2015

That flat bread was not round, its not cooked properly when its not round

Normally I don't mind the zoomed in shots on this channel, I think they create an interesting aesthetic – but damn if you went overboard on this one!
