    So you say you read the comments.. therefore I will try again..MY FOOD WISH = this really did come to me in a dream and want to know if it's possible… Dessert Spaghetti.. that's right… sweet pasta (maybe vanilla), strawberry or cherry marinara, chocolate (or something brown) meatballs, maybe some white chocolate "parmesan cheese" (I know you don't like white chocolate so feel free to improvise). Please help me eat my dream. Love your videos Chef John, I watch them all and if my financial situation improves, I'll join your pay format.

    This is after the fact, don't see to get notices when you go live, but my favorite summer salads are… Waldorf (with madjool dates), and 5-cup fruit salad (Pineapple, mandarin, coconut, mini marshmallows, sour cream). Enjoy your cooking, will try your BBQ recipie this summer.

    Chef John!! My teenaged son and I absolutely love your recipes and your videos. You don't look like what I imagined your voice sounded like …. No offense. I have a question about your Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns. I tried them 2 weeks ago and got rave reviews, but haven't been able to find packets of active dry yeast since then (I'm in the Caribbean, so you know how these things go…). I got a huge package of instant yeast, but I'm afraid to try it for fear of wrecking your oh-so-soft fluffy dough … What's your advice for substituting instant yeast for a recipe which calls for active dry yeast?
