As always, I love watching these videos. No talking down, no pretending that cooking enjoyable food is an arcane art that only the few can ever approach. I always feel he really believes everyone can learn and improve the food they make which is just a really refreshing attitude.

Hey Gordon! Can you show us how to make a five star chicken dish? When I cook for my wife I usually get the chicken and start to pan fry it in salted butter with minced garlic, and pepper. After I give it some color and let the seasoning kind of crisp I throw it in the oven on 450 degrees until it is finished. Very tasty but not five star. Any advice?
