The pictures show the police line and barricades about 50 feet behind him. If that's all they have he clearly has not broken those laws. Arresting political opponents when they have committed no crime is a threat to our democracy. We used to think this only happens in third world countries, but unless he is shown on the other side of the police line, that just happened here. What does this all mean? It means the Jan 6th commission is a front for subverting our democracy. They can spy on you. They can arrest you. They can raid your home and take all of your belongings. They can even take personal emails and conversations from your computer and try to use it to defeat your political campaign. The Jan 6th committee, they're not the victims. They're the bullies. I used to wonder how Hitler got people to go along with him. Now it's clear. Create a fake threat to distract from the REAL threat. How many other innocent Republicans will be falsely arrested? Who's next? This is America. We don't arrest people unless they commit crimes. We certainly don't do it for political purposes. Well, now we do.
