He is absolutely someone who has my vote if he runs. Not only is he hot, but there's a fire burning in him. Such passion!!!!! It's only driven home harder by how true EVERY word he spoke was… People are savage, and if you're different, they will try to tear you down. I'm not scared of them either, good on you.
There needs to be compromise. Trans women in sports is genuinely difficult for lots of people. There needs to be a logical discussion.

I was homophobic until age 17. (I'm 56 now.) It was at that point in my life that I actually encountered GLBT people for the first time. In my conversations with those individuals, their sexual orientation rarely came up (nor did mine, for that matter). It turns out, human beings are multi-dimensional! Now if the far right would only figure that out….

So when a 6 foot 3, 235 pound boy bulldozes your daughter and knocks out a few of her teeth during a girls high school soccer match, it’s a worthwhile sacrifice, right? It’s much more important to bend the knee to the insanity that allows young men to compete in women’s sports than to worry about the well being of women’s athletics in America.

Yes girls should not be in sports anyways. They should be cheer leading. Only have one sports team in schools. If the girls and trans can make it there fine.

always nice to see a lawmaker with the courage to stand up for what is RIGHT, and not just what will get him re-elected…….We have a LONG way to go in overcoming bigotry in this country….if the Trump administration showed us anything, it's that we're STILL fighting for civil rights for people of color, and LBGTQ is often regarded as the "safe" target for bigotry and intolerance. Sadly, bigotry and racism are STILL rampant attitudes in the conservatives, even after dealing with this for virtually the entirity of the modern era. ; they may not be the majority, but they're certainly the LOUDEST voices we're hearing from that side. Hopefully we'll see more legislators with this sort of real courage….
