I've been watching this for years and finally remember to subscribe. 😂😍😷
Him: a spoon of sugar
Also Him: Pours 1 cup of sugar
I remember as a student, I used to make white chocolate mousses and pop them in the freezer. It worked relatively well as ice cream!
Think his low heat is far beyond my low heat, because the fuckers couldn't help but get scrambled even though I wisked furiously
0:59 “ you can spare a little slash……(awkward silence)….DUDE 😂
Good way to get to know your neighbor “can I borrow 2 teaspoons of instant coffee”
“Sometimes it’s just fun to stir something”
try drinking greek frappe
Easy Ice cream: Heavy cream, whipped to 50% (loose peaks), add a can of sweetened condensed milk and whip for 1-2 minutes. Add whatever flavours, chunks or bits you want and pour in a container. Pop that baby in the freezer for 3-4 hours (I usually leave mine overnight) and enjoy 🙏
I was 5 years too late
Nice x of course!!!
You’re the best. Who needs culinary school?
what if you made a giant batch of this and froze in a big ice cream bucket, would that work?
Wow!!! That looks great!!!
Out of all the videos I've watched over the years this one just felt the most wholesome.
Chef, the only thing I’d ever sue you for is my inevitable heart disease
Do you think this would work with maple syrup in the coffee mixture?
Also, I can't believe you hand mixed whipped cream. lol. amazing. That's why you have freakishly strong arms.
Sometimes it's just fun to stir something 😂😂😂 classic chef John
Thank you!
"Sometimes it's just fun to stir something." Possibly the greatest and most relatable chef quote in history.
I made this and worried it wasn't going to turn out right because the instant coffee didn't seem to fully dissolve and the mixture also seemed a lot thicker than yours. Nope, turned out amazing! Definitely going to make it for the next time I have guests.
"And what happens if you go to far and the eggs scramble? No problem~ … Just start over!" That one got me.
I made this and it was a hit. It took me a few tries and I learned that low heat means low heat. Set your burner on the lowest setting and be prepared to whisk for 10 minutes. Patience is key or the eggs will overcook. I tried both a whisk and an electric hand mixer. If you use an electric mixer make sure you are scraping the entire bottom of the bowl or the eggs will overcook in spots and ruin the whole batch. I recommend sticking with the whisk.
Lastly, this recipe will barely fill one 8 ounce coffee cup. So, if you want enough for 2 coffee cups double the ingredients. Basically, this recipe is for one American or two Europeans.
Did anyone actually tried it? :d
The sing song is really annoying
I switched out the coffee liqueur for coffee Monin and added a splash of famous grouse to the cream on top. It really tastes like a frozen Irish coffee.
I made this, it is incredibly good. Try it already!!
