    Chef gave a shout out to Napa Valley! I used to work in Yountville, and I lived in Napa, in 70's. Now I could not even afford to eat in this restaurant he named. Back in the day, all wine tasting was FREE, as much as you wanted, all day, at places like Christian Brothers and Beringer Brothers wineries. Needless to say, that's where I first gained an "appreciation" for fine wines!! 😀 LOL This looks good too!! Who knew Mongolians ate pork chops; I thought they just ate yaks!!! LOL.

    I really think they got a bad rap when they let their hordes ride around for a couple centuries. But I've got a Mongol friend and he's really nice. And he always has pork chops to share. He keeps the mustard sauce in a saddle bag, real convenient. I wouldn't recommend it for a Napa Valley cookout, unless you're into horseplay.
