I'm a bit of a mussel noob, I'm assuming that you want to throw away the ones that don't open because they're not as fresh?

I usually just have my mussels raw, I can't stand cooked ones. Though, those are some really small mussels…or are they just a different type?

This was incredible. Just stopped eating and it turned out really well. Used a little less celery and generally combined his moules frites-recipe with this one and it was delicious.

  • John Crocker on September 28, 2021

Until I saw a video of a proffesional that didn't know how to cook mussles. I had to ask myself "Do I know how to do that?" The answer is no. And by the looks of things. You just chuck'em in there with whatever flavour you're going to have for steaming. I may have to try this

  • Super Ultra Mega Rayre on October 4, 2021

Randy Marsh would be stoked to replicate this dish. “Crème fraîche”
