"The last thing we need is some some piece of dice pepper going rogue"
Wasn't hungry before watching this. Hungry now. Please explain.
What knife are you using at the beginning of the video?
I love same combinations, but you are wrong, tomato is not a fruit, it's a vegetable. In Russia we think that the tomato is vegetable, like a cucumber, but in Egypt a cucumber is a fruit. Fruit or vegetables – it is defined culture of the region and ways of eating. In Russia we eat fermented cucumbers, pickled and raw, as in Egypt, eat only raw.
People often confuse the concept of "fruit" and "berry", tomato – berry, but in the usual sense and traditional – vegetable. Just like a pumpkin. Watermelon – berry, but fruit.
Honestly, I thought that such disputes are only in Russia 🙂
Thanks for recipe, as always!
Can you do a conch fruit salad? Loaded with mango and berries yumm pleaseeeeeeeeeee
Chef John, I have a suggestion for you, why not try an experiment, you are a Chef and all, but why not try to make a smoked southern style BBQ out of you're own car? or borrow someone elses car and see how it tastes, I hear on myth busters (show on science) you can actually do that.
Cheff whats th difference between a nectarine and a peach?!
Made this for dinner over broiled citrus tequila marinaded loin pork chops. It was out of this world! Thanks chef John 😘
I'm gonna make Chef John's salsa to accompany the grilled chicken recipe I learnt from Laura in the Kitchen yesterday. I love #YouTube
Is it just me, or does he end every sentence on a downward inflection?
that's sexy
I make a very similar salsa, but sub out the nectarine for mango. I like to add avocado to mine as well.
I love peach mango salsa on pork chops, but never thought about using nectarines. Pineapple would probably work in this too. Thanks, Chef John.
Clicked on this video because the thumbnail looks like Trix
Did the same thing with mangos the other night on pork tacos. Goooood stuff!
This looks amazing and it is a nice variation from Mango Salsa since nectarines are easier to find.
I Love it Chef john, i also use mangos, pineapples, strawberries and apples in salsa.
This is one of my absolute favorite youtube channels, your videos are both entertaining and informative, with great recipes! Keep making awesome videos!
ONE DAY chef john will realize you do NOT have to cook your pork WELL DONE.
Thats looks incredibly delicious! I think adding some radish in would add another great flavor to the salsa!

This makes me wish I liked spicy things.

Nectarines are the best
Did he say a "after all, you are the boss…" line this episode?
Nectarines are the best fruit.
That salsa would go great on Fish Tacos

I can't eat Jalapenos it takes my breathing away for a pit. So I always use other peppers.
