He was was so slow, not in control and incompetent based on the footage. Couldn't get the decor up in time. Left guests in the cold. Their food seemed basic. Yells at Gordon when he asks him to bring all hands on deck cause pride? Then finishes off the night by neg/gaslighting the female members of the fam and stealing the competition.

People are saying he is making the job lowly by saying she doesn't do it, No. In general woman are seen to play the role of a house wife where they "serve" everyone else at house so they are "supposed" to clean tables after everyone is done eating. He is just breaking the taboo, he doesn't want his mom to be the so called indian mom.

3:00 I lost my appetite. Gordon crossed the line ordering the guys mother to do a job she doesn't usually do. In that culture it is likely very disrespectful to have your mother do that job. He also does not want staff to see her do that job and lose respect for her. Further, she also have health issues that Gordon isn't aware of.

To Chef Ramsey: I can't get my head around your ordering and consuming ALL that food at one restaurant and then heading off to another to order and eat their dishes also. How is it possible to consume so much food? I grew up being hungry. Now at 63 I still can't eat a lot. My metabolism is great. At the same time, it seems I've become accustom to eating less. And, if I… if my "eyes become bigger than my stomach" I get sick and my body flushes everything out. My question is, what gives you that kind of appetite? I know you're an active man. But so am I.
