    AMAZING – these are so simple to put together and yet SO delicious! They lasted only a couple hours with a family of FOUR. I made them into little birthday cakes with candles for my son's birthday. I recommend using a mini SILICONE muffin mold because they DO stick – Next time I will use coconut oil spray ON the silicone molds. I used strawberry slices instead of PEACH.

    Pro Tip: If you do a lot of baking that involves this technique (which works fantastically and if you you aren't using it on all your cakes, you should start) you can make a schmear of butter and flour ahead of time and keep it in the fridge, then when you are in need of prepping your pan in this manner just take a portion and smear it around the pan and you are done in one easy step.

    These came out fantastic! I made 3 each with peach, pear, raspberries, and candied orange peel. My favorite was the pear and raspberries, actually, I do have to say though that I reduced the sugar by half and they were plenty sweet for my taste.
