    This is similar to our go-to favourite – Nutty Spaghetti. It's a vegan alternative with noodles instead of rice. Yummy!
    And … did you ever come to NZ and shop for bowls? We have a set that looks just like the one you used. It's from Temuka, which is a NZ brand of pottery, and a small town near us 🙂

    You know it's an American chef when he distinguishes all his ingredients by their point of origin to sound fancy. It sounds so silly. "Oh it's ITALIAN parsley, it's "PABLANO peppers". Once you notice it, all his videos are the same lol.

    Actually, did you know that ketchup originated in China? I just learned recently that It didn't start as the tomato based product which we know it as today. That took it going through Britain and then on to the US.

    A must try. Most curries have no veg except onion & crused tomato. I like the idea of more veg & not having to use, high calorie, coconut milk & the crushed tomato since I have arthritis. The peanut butter is intriguing! Thanks, Chef!

    TY Chef John for sharing another amazing recipe with us home cooks. For my palate, I needed a bit more acid, so I squeezed some lemon juice into the pot as well as a dash of worstershire sauce and two dashes of sesame oil and that, that made it perfecto!!!
