Pfizer is a joke. Last time they rushed drugs to the market like this and guaranteed it was safe they killed thousands of people and they got off with nothing but a huge fine and a slap on the wrist. Everyone on the planet will already have been exposed to omicron by March. If you have a sniffle right now that started in the last few weeks, it's probably omicron, even if you suffer from seasonal allergies.
