    A tablespoon of hot horseradish? Kind of scares me. One of the only dishes I ever ruined had horseradish in it. That stuff is VERY overpowering! Of course I don't see any complaints below. Kind of worried about ruining the sauce with horseradish. Ugh. Anyone?

    If you are using a cast iron pan or gas oven, reduce the temperature 375 is too high. I had two tenderloins and they over cooked in 22 minutes. Meat temperature hit 160 easily.

    Made this today for family… Awesome and very easy although making a pan sauce requires a little practice and finesse at least on my part… The only thing I would change next time is to substitute some chopped parsley for the chives… Whatever… It was very good… Thank you!…

    This was so good! I made this using a 1.5 pound pork tenderloin (the only size available). I did sear the pork on all sides before putting it in the oven which left the outside with a delicious crust. I could not cut my tenderloin with a fork so next time I will check the internal temp at 20 minutes. The sauce was to die for, it was incredible. Next time I would add more cayenne to make a bit spicier. We paired the meat with a spinach, mixed greens, goat's cheese and fig salad. It was an outstanding dinner we will make again.
