Can I prep these the day before, do the final rise overnight in the fridge and then bake the next day?
I want to add rosemary to this recipe, does anyone know if that would work with the honey?
I made those, never again will I do that again! It took forever to get the string ready and took even longer to tie-up each roll. I can make about a dozen different bread shapes that wont even take nearly as long as those pumpkin rolls. Still love u Chef John.

I like the fact that these buns do not incorporate any addition of egg in the recipe apart from the optional egg wash. Thanks for the recipe. How long do these rolls stay soft after baking 2-3 days?
Added 200g Kabocha squash (needed more flour to make it not so sticky) and substituted for a bit of whole wheat flour… Delicious!

Chef John, I love this video! Im an amateur who thought I’d try these. My dough never seemed to be as wet as yours and it led to problems throughout the process. Final balls were never smooth. Should I use a little more milk? I followed the recipe exactly. Maybe I didn’t knead it enough?
