As such it would seem he is fully aware of his position, of his role, of his aims to try and lead his people, the Russians. It is not within the role of a leader to go around, trying to impose fear on other nations, that of any respected leader. He really needs to chill out and take it back a few notches. Even if he feels his time on earth has him in older age, this doesn't imply he has to act in the most ridiculous way before leaving earth. It is absurd that in the elderly stage of life, he would want to conclude his life in such a way, spend the late part of his life as an obstruction, intrusion into the lives of other innocent human beings, causing so much havoc.
