LMBO! You got this one wrong this time. You keep betting against my PATS and making me laugh. BTW these wings are 🔥🔥🔥. Good luck next year.

  • JC Thompson on February 24, 2019

I made 10 lbs. of chicken wings for a work event pot luck. Half were this recipe and half an earlier Foodwishes sriracha wings recipe that I’d made several times before. I was surprised that Ram Wings turned out to be the favorite. I still love both equally but Ram Wings are the easier to make.

  • Breyuna Symone on February 26, 2019

I can't stand molasses so I used a trick learned from Alton Brown and substituted it with golden syrup. Turned out beautifully with a lighter red color

  • Oh, I thought the 'Ram' meant Random Access Memory due to that the amount of sauce on each wing randomly varies; How Accessible the bone is from the Saucy meat; and the fact that you'll remember this recipe since another person got more sauce than you did, and they were heavily bragging about it, telling how sauce gets the ladies, then shouting how many ladies he'll get, jumping up and then falling over as the lifeless piece of wood he is…

The captions interpreted "Some molasses" as "similar asses."

If you prepare some deep-fried onions with Worchestershire, Allspice, and Mustard seeds, you could enjoy some WAM Rings with your RAM Wings.
(I have no idea if this flavor combination would work out at all, just wanted to join in on the spoonerisms)

I know this is an older video as I am watching (and drooling over that shiny sticky glaze) but has any one tried using a wire rack and or a flip halfway through to crisp them up?

  • Kewal Koul on August 25, 2020

Please Don't call this dish as Ram wings. Call it by some other name. This name hurts my sentiments.

  • campguy on February 7, 2021

We have something called Sorghum syrup in the south…….tastes similar to molasses…….I think it's made by boiling down cane sugar juice squeezed out in a large circular shaped press run by a horse walking around in circles. .
