So deciding who has the best restaurant by initiating a challenge to create a new pop up restaurant seems a bit counter-intuitive to me, but what do I know.
… Personal opinion, no one here should be upset since they're THE BEST of their cultures of food in the UK.

Both restaurants did well, but I think Yu and You were the clear favorite in this round. The level of work, dedication, and the family atmosphere would set them apart in my estimation, and the dishes were quite beautifully done. Such a tightknit family and staff reflected that, and as a pop up restaurant, they would have excelled given that chance with such beautiful and simple dishes, done so well.

I fav the two brothers. From comments think they don’t get top place. FYI – Read One of the brothers (the youngest (I think)) died in 2015 of skin cancer. Weird think it’s rare to die from that, & at such a young age 2. Oh wow they WON. so COOL
Best Restaurant is even better than Kitchen Nightmares, especially because we get to see Gordon Ramsay's true passion for food.
What i can see is that asian dish does not impress western customers.
