Millefeuille literally translates to “a thousand layers” – this is an amazing dessert combining puff pastry with raspberries and a vanilla and orange cream.

It was a disaster to cut. Probably best to eat as soon as you arrange it.

Honestly I don't like the design of this and I don't know if he actually did get the puff pastry from the store but that part did look good. My problem is the height of the millefeuille and the raspberries, yeah fresh berries gives it a better look from the aspects of being bright and fresh but if he made a raspberry cream it would lower the height, making it more manageable but also create a waltz of flavor when eaten with the orange cream. Then to end you can garnish with edible flower petals or raspberries and orange slices.

Sorry to say but that's the most dilapidated Mille Fuille I've ever seen from a famous chef.. No hard feelings tho.. still love Gordon🤗

It's Great but at 3:00 wouldn't it be a good idea to add a few dabs of the cream onto the Raspberries just to ensure that 2nd pastry layer sticks down better?

Otherwise, half the whole thing is basically loosely sitting on top of the fruit

A rare miss by Gordon in this one, for Millefeuille you don't want the pastry to puff up like that, it should be thin and flat to give more rigidity, only the top layer should be soft and puffed. It looks like a mess that is about to collapse at the end there.

The dough is ugly, all crooked and uneven. There is a way to bake the puff pastry, inhibiting its shapeless growth. Don't you know this technique?

Lol I am sure it’s yummy but it looks like a kids project.

I hear the peace in your voice and feel the passion in your through your eyes as you look at the food as you speak about it as we hear the love in sharing this with our hearts. Thank you Sir Chef!. I look up to you greatly! You look like your hands 🙌🏼 are dancing through clouds! As they massage so much of your passion and love for making good needing them ingredients from within your souls. It’s so clear that if those clouds drifted over someone, coming into their site, your passion and knowledge of and for food we would be able to taste whatever food you were making as you folding over these ingredients and as you even put the little dot down RASPBERRY MILLEFEUILLE would overwhelm our tastebuds as the clouds ☁️ would settle around us becoming fog as taste of this food fulfilled our ever Tastebuds that those who came in site it would memorize all that these clouds ☁️ came down to be fog all around. Thank you
I hope that worked tires and I used text talk lo
