MSNBC you had a typo. You spelled democrats wrong when you wrote "democracy under assault." That's it. Hasan, MSNBC, Rep Jayapal and most of congress including the republicans, have been actively attacking democracy for a while, so I know democracy doesn't matter to you.

And if you believe what they are telling you that the middle class will not pay for it, you are wrong. The middle class will ALWAYS pay for it, because the numbers are there, that it is 98% or the population of 335,000,000. The math is simple, and history has proven it over and over again. 2008, Obama paid 700 Billion to bail out the banks, we all paid for it. We paid for some of the richest corporations in this country, and the world, (with our tax dollars) for a economic disaster that the Banks intentionally caused with BAD loans to unqualified buyers. The opposition to the extra-constitutional filibuster is very simple — the corporate donors LOOOOOVE the filibuster.
