The Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant spewed radiation across dozens of towns, triggering a 12-mile evacuation zone. What are your thoughts on Japan encouraging people to move back?

Japan stopped Russia from leaking Chernobyl nuclear accident water into ocean. Now they are saying that they will leak Fukushima radioactive water. If it's clean then why are they fighting it so hard from IAEA from verify their data. Japanese government don't have to say that they are lying about how radiated Fukushima water is because their action tells it all. Japan with many earthquakes must not have any nuclear power station because it's danger to the world. Where is IAEA?

@National Geographic first of all you should educate yourself and stop spreading false information. First 15 seconds of the video and you started with incorrect information. First of all Soviet Union gave ordered not Russia. Russia was just a republic within the Soviet Union. Second, Chernobyl is located in the Ukraine, another republic within the Soviet Union, not i Russia. So technically today`s Russia does not have anything with the Chernobyl.
You dumb idiots have to educate your self.

How many more of these can mankind handle. Perhaps one good earthquake and 2 or 3 of these go up. We're done.

"Nuclear energy has been a reliable source of energy for 70 years…" I guess as long as making large parts of Russia and Japan uninhabitable for thousands of years and poisoning the Pacific of not interrupt the power flow, I guess you can call it reliable…

Disaster for humans means fortune for boars. And honestly I can't stand English-Japan dialogues, so inauthentic (fake), people pretend they understand each other, yet they don't.

Japan is a problem with a government that always hides all history.
    Unlike kind Japanese citizens,
the Japanese government does not teach its people exactly the wrong history of World War II.
Japan is always a problem with politics and media that are not democratic.
The Japanese people think that a more powerful civil movement can change Japan's chronic vicious circle by changing the authoritative government into a democratic one.
The world uses a lot of Japanese cars and manufactured goods.
Radioactive contamination of Japanese food and cars is unreliable due to Fukushima radioactive contamination.
People around the world are also not free from Japanese food, automobiles and industrial products.
So I think people all over the world should make strong demands on the Japanese government by boycotting Japanese cars.
