    Hahaha, this recipe looks so strange to me!, I'm spanish, and in my country the typical dish is pimientos (peppers) stuffed with codfish, or maybe tuna and shrimp 🙂 Never tried sausage stuffed ones, but they look delicious, as everything you make!

    I tried this yesterday, but I didn't get the right kind of peppers. So instead of making convenient little stuffed peppers, I ended up just putting it all on top of the extra rice I made to go with it. Despite not being as visually appealing as the dish in the video, I thought it was a delicious recipe. For that reason, I'll give this video a "like". I hope to try it the correct way in the future.

    At first glance I thought this said it was stuffed with goat rather than just goat cheese. I might have to make it that way now just because. But still with the chevre as well because I'm not a monster. Not for that reason anyway.

    I just made this for supper. I didn’t have any oranges or eggs but it came out delicious! I thought about using pomegranate paste but didn’t. I made extra filling so I’ll add some to it in a day or two.
    This really is incredible. And it’s gluten free.
