I was watching a Netflix show when one of the characters was eating a Scottish egg. I was curious and found this video. Unfortunately I don’t eat sausages of any kind anymore, too much fat and cholesterol. They sound good though.

You shouldn't use a wooden spoon or cutting board with meat. Maybe it's just me, but seems gross. Good recipe though. Subbed.

About narcissist meatballs: they are called nargisi kofta, where nargis is the name for the narcissus flower and a kofta is essentially a meatball. However, the other, artistic meaning of the word nargis is beautiful eyes like a narcissus flower, and there's no doubt that the sectioned view of a scotch egg / nargisi kofta does indeed resemble an eye
I like to make these with small eggs, which are getting hard to find around here. Best food for working out in the cold.
