    For the people who had the fish still raw when they thought the fish was ready to be served, this is because the size of the fish is different. The best way to check the fish is completely cooked is firstly check whether the eyes of the fish is totally "white" and protruded (coming out of the eye sockets) or not. And secondly using a fork to check if the ribs of the fish are easily to be removed. If not, put the fish back to the oven.

    In his other Sea Bass Video he said they were known as the "Wolves of the Sea"… he's not too good with Animals. He called King Crab the largest Species of Crab in the World when it's the Japanese Spider Crab

    Gordan says it takes 10 minutes to prepare. But take note this is not how long it takes to cook!! Other recipes I've since looked at say it takes half an hour to cook… Learn from my mistake everyone.
