no olive oill…..corn oil will be better
I may try recipe, it looks nice. But I never know this dish ever exists as someone born and grown up in Sichuan.
I anticipate having difficulties finding sichuan peppercorns, so I will use regular peppercorns and Im sure I will still enjoy this dish.

i dont get the fuss over the camera zoom. it doesnt bother me infact its alot less annoying than when the camera is too far out that you cant even see what it looks like.
