Spiced Tuna Fishcakes | Gordon Ramsay ctm magazine

Good-quality canned tuna is a fantastic ingredient. It’s cheap and versatile. For this recipe add East Asian flavours – chilli, spring onion, coriander – to add flavour to this simple fishcake.

I made this just without chestnut, fishsauce, green onions, and coriander and i added a bit of regular onino. Delicious!!

Whay did he put in after the chillie?

Here in Canada our tuna clearly comes in smaller cans. Mine just fell apart. Too much liquid. I added another can. Still not enough. There are so many recipes. One says 500 grams. I’ll just keep trying as they tasted amazing. Meanwhile …49 cans of tuna later🥴

I’ve been a huge proponent of canned tuna my whole life. You can do a ton with it, it’s cheap and it’s incredibly healthy for you.

💚 I have to try… I have 4 cans of tuna and it's really boring with mayonnaise, even with tomatoes.

i just made this and at the beginnning he says "you dont want this too dry." YES YOU DO. they fall apart so easily.

i recovered by adding another egg and a brownie pan and cut them into squares. if too wet they will cruble under heat.

I made these today and put in so many fresh deseeded diced chili peppers I was pissing from my own face as if I was teargassed. Mamma Mia never again.
