This was a great recipe!! I need to get my portions right because my buns came out so big 🤣🤣. I made 8 out of the dough but they are still really big 😭

Well, even though my bun-shaping skills do not come close to the Chef John version, they came out terrific! One bite took me right back to my days spent at the SF Zoo with Grandpa. And I guess I'm a different kind of "freak of Nature"…gotta have mayo, white truffle mustard, and red onions on my hotdogs. Thanks for another great recipe Chef John! <3
