Um I guess they are not aware of the CIA's "weather modification program" which started in 1966 and they have spent literally trillions to modify jet planes to spray chemtrails into the skies and atmosphere to create fake weather including storms and droughts all over the world. They will pay the ultimate price and that makes me very happy.
