    In Italy here we use extra virgin olive oil not olive oil.
    Nobody eats ketchup or barbecue sauce here. We call those 'poison'….Tomato sauces with sugar are banned in Italian cuisines. You can buy them and eat at your own risk but ketchup isn't considered much of a food. Never seen an Italian eat ketchup before.
    Tomato sauces here are mostly organic and without sugar. Same with fresh bread except the processed packaged types. Most of which are imported.

    Calorie restriction diets cause cravings, don't work and the weight comes back. Low carb/high fat beats them in every study. Jif peanut butter on bread, especially white bread, is an abomination. Jif has sugar, molasses, and fully hydrogenated vegetable oil, yuk. Oats spikes blood sugar and isn't really good for you but if you must eat oats choose steel cut.

    Stop eating AMERICAN made processed foods if u want to eat and lose weight !!!

    Ive started eating only natural foods.

    U do have to shop at certain stores for these things but its worth it

    My go to is trader joes

    They do not sell anything lab made , hormornes pumped, processed, artificial flavored
    None of that

    Alot of their foods are from overseas

    The food taste so different
    So good!!!!!

    A stick of Belgian chocolate is only 100 calories

    Taste 100 times better than Hershey!!! Omg. I cant even eat the whole think cause its so rich n smooth😁

    Ive been losing weight, staying away from american crap

    If u have traveled overseas u would know, most countries eat carbs/starches daily

    My mom traveled overseas ate pastries, bread etc in germany daily and lost weight!

    I know this isn't a money maker but, losing a pound of body fat regardless of whatever the latest trendy diet, or eating style is at the time, will ALWAYS be the result of being in a caloric defecit. You can gain weight on a good diet, and lose weight on a bad one.

    Fat doesnt make you fat it helps you to lose fat and is healthy, I think you went a bit too strong on this one. Cutting fat can rather make you unhealthy and cause heart disease. The science on this has changed in the years I would say. I eat 4 spoons of rapeseed oil per day with whole grain noodles and eggs every day. I am down to 57.4kg at the moment from 62kg in just 3 months without hunger at all.

    Very misleading. Fat content doesn't matter. Yes fats are more calorie dense but just calculate the calories. EZ PZ. Also cooking sprays are a scam. They get away with saying 0 calories per serving because 1/4 of a second is under 5 calories. Cooking sprays are a great addition but if you load it on like he demonstrated that's at least 50 calories.

    Fat doesn't make you gain weight. I lost 100 lbs eating a high fat carnivore diet. I will eat 2 lbs of sirloin strip with a stick of butter a day and lose weight.

    I get it too much fat if you also eat carbs is bad for weight loss. But if you only eat max 10g of carbs per day (from eggs) I am going for the more fatty meats otherwise you can pick me up from the ground😅.
    It would be nice to have a video for the carnivores amongst us 😊

    Help me out here folks. Why are there other doctors in the carnivore diet community saying that fattier meat is actually better for you. That fat on meat does not mean it turns into fat on your body. That it’s the greatest source of energy. Conflicting information here.

    I’m soo with you on olive oil. Tbh, if I can cook with water, I’d prefer that over oil if it doesn’t ruin the recipe. It’s just not worth the calories.

    Shoot, when I make Caesar salads, I only use like 1/3 – 1/2 tablespoon of dressing and make it “spicy Caesar dressing” by adding some ghost pepper sauce (0 cal) to it.
