    You didn’t talk about the chips (homemade?). If you put a thin layer of cheese over nachos before beans, they don’t get as soggy.

    It should be died green onions but restaurants are wary after Chi-Chi’s when bankrupt after lawsuits from food poisoning caused by imported green onions from Mexico that had e coli because they were grown with human waste for fertilizer🤮!

    I tend to layer in some of the chips, cover them with some of the stuff, then throw down more chips and put on everything left. That way the bottom layers aren’t so barren. But boy I’m trying these soon!
