There are so many people with blood sugar issues. If you’re not already, you should consider adding apple cider vinegar (ACV) into your diet.

There are things that can improve your blood sugar levels that go beyond keto and fasting, and apple cider vinegar is one of them.

The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar gives a very potent anti-glycemic effect, even if you’re not doing keto. It can help buffer the food you eat to bring it lower on the glycemic index. This can help stabilize your blood sugar and insulin.

Any time you lower your glucose, you’re going to reduce insulin. Reducing insulin will help you:

    Totally swear by ACV. The stuff has changed my life. But can't help but wonder how it works. Don't see any research about exactly how it reduces blood sugar although I know it definitely does. Blood sugar goes away so insulin goes away but where does the sugar go? And how does it go so quickly? It's definitely not going to fat. Is it turning into something else? Is it being excreted somehow? Is cellular metabolism increased? The stuff just feels so good to be true.

    I been drinking ACV with Mother for just over a 1 years, every day with a twist of raw lemon juice just for taste. Along with a very low carb diet, OMAD
