I must be the only one that is bugged by the way he talks! Great food but cannot stand to hear him talk. I put it on mute and just read the subtitles but even sometimes the words are not correct

looks good but "the best"? meh, I don't think so…

  • Diane Johanson on December 12, 2021

Cooking this dish right now. Yours looked so good, I had to try it this way. My Ziti in the past has always been too dry. I hope this one turns out as moist as yours looks!😊

  • Bulk VanderHuge on December 17, 2021

I'm assuming that those of us who get sick of the flavor of sausage fairly quickly, can substitute a 1.5lbs of ground beef instead

  • Bob Okoniewski on December 18, 2021

I will be making this for Christmas. Thanks.

  • sidney armstrong on December 19, 2021

I'm thinking this will be on the Xmas Eve menu! Plus to this dish, I can make this meat free.

  • Lee on December 19, 2021

No oregano or rosemary…what!! in meat sauce! Browning sausage with onion steams the meat, too much water in onion. Brown meat, remove then add chopped onion and some garlic and cover. Slowly cook the mixture…it's heavenly! This ziti was just not creamy enough.

    "If you're thinking 'it's not a competition,why can't we just enjoy both?' .. well it is,and we can't"😂😂 classic Seinfeld-like sarcasm! I love it! You're awesome chef your recipes!♡
